• 1. Stop the liquid in the water pump (drain the liquid).
• 2. Check whether the oil level of the support oil chamber is within the prescribed range.
• 3. Check the running direction of the motor and check the placement mark of the pump.
• 4. Close the outlet valve and pressure gauge cock.
• 5. Start the motor, open the pressure gauge cock, slowly open the outlet valve, and stop adjusting the size of the outlet valve when the pressure gauge pointer points to the desired position.
• 6. When stopping important, first close the outlet valve, and then cut off the power supply.

• 1. The pump is connected with the motor with a claw coupling. When disassembling, loosen the four connecting bolts between the bracket and the base, so that the pump is disconnected from the motor.
• 2. Loosen the connecting bolt of the back cover of the pump body and tap the pump body with a wooden handle.
• 3. Loosen the tightening bolt in which the impeller shaft and the pump shaft are connected with Morse taper in the connecting shaft.
• 4. Loosen the mechanical seal, do not fix the screw, tap the central lifting bolt of the coupling with a wooden hammer, pull out the impeller, rear cover, seal moving ring after loosening the Morse taper of the impeller shaft and pump shaft, loosen the cover screw on the rear cover, and remove the static ring.
• 5. Loosen the screw of the left and right gland of the pump shaft, remove the pump shaft, bearing, and clean the oil chamber of the bracket.
