CQB-F Fluoroplastic Magnetic Drive pump (Direct connection)

CQB fluoroplastic magnetic pump is a new type of pump which applies the principle of modern magnetic mechanics and uses the magnetic drive of permanent magnet to realize the contactless transmission of torque, that is, when the motor drives the outer magnetic steel assembly to rotate, the magnetic force line through the magnetic field passes through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner magnetic steel assembly and Yelun to rotate synchronously.


The overcurrent parts of CQB are made of fluoroplastic (FEP, PTFE, ETFE, PVDF, fluoroalloy) magnetic drive pump, the pump shell is made of fluoroplastic alloy, the static ring and spindle are made of SIC or SSIC, the impeller and isolation sleeve are made of F46 standard material, the sealing ring is made of fluorine rubber, and the outer part is made of fluorine rubber.

Matters needing attention of magnetic pump:
First, prevent particles from entering:
1. No ferromagnetic impurities are allowed, and the particles enter the magnetic actuator and the bearing friction pair. When conveying media containing solid particles, it should be filtered at the entrance of the pump flow pipe.
2. After conveying the medium that is easy to crystallize or precipitate, it is necessary to flush and stop the pump in time and pour clean water into the pump cavity after running 1min, so as to ensure the service life of the sliding bearing.
Second, it is not available in systems that are no longer under pressure:
The main results are as follows: 1. Because there is a certain system in the cavity of the magnetic pump and the "static bearing" is used in the magnetic pump, both positive pressure and negative pressure can not be used in this series of systems with no more pressure.
